At Anantham Nursery, we take great care to ensure the quality and health of our plants and gardening products. Since we deal with live plants, returns and refunds are handled carefully. Please read this policy thoroughly before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns or refunds are accepted only under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, unhealthy, or incorrect item
The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
Clear photo or video proof is provided at the time of request
Note: Natural variations in plant size, color, or appearance due to growth stage, season, or climate are not considered defects.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Live plants once delivered (unless damaged or incorrect)
Plants affected due to improper care after delivery
Products purchased during clearance or special offers
Used pots, planters, soil, fertilizers, or accessories
3. Return / Refund Request Process
To initiate a return or refund request:

Share your order number, reason for request, and clear photos/videos
Our team will review the request and respond within 1–2 working days
If approved, we will guide you on the next steps.
Physical return of live plants is generally not required unless specifically requested.
