Adukumalli, commonly known as Rangoon Creeper, is a fast-growing, woody climbing plant famous for its fragrant flowers that change colour as they mature—white to pink and then deep red. The flowers grow in clusters and release a pleasant scent, especially in the evening. It is widely used for fences, pergolas, arches, and compound walls. The plant prefers full sunlight to partial shade, well-drained soil, and moderate watering. It is hardy, easy to maintain, and well suited to tropical climates like South India.
